1 - Ventilation Holes
The shell has ventilation holes to improve airflow and reduce heat build-up during long shifts.1 + - Adjustable ventilation:
user can open/close the vents to control the airflow according to ambient conditions.2 - Shell Material
The helmet shell is made of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and is reinforced by a second layer: an impact-resistant polycarbonate (PC) crown cover.The appearance is similar to polyethylene, but with greater thermal & mechanical properties and less flexibility for this reason this material is so good for hot areas , because the ABS is much stronger for punching
The helmet has protection coating against solvents , acids, scratch & UV rays
And also prevent polymer degradation in the face of adverse conditions of the environment
3 - Accessory Slots
This helmet is able to connect accessories such as earmuffs, face shields and etc. through these slots4 - Dual-layer crown reinforced with impact-resistant PC
The crown area is designed as a dual layer: the outer layer is an impact-resistant polycarbonate (PC) cover, acting as the first barrier against top impacts. Impact energy is first absorbed and dispersed in this cover, then transferred to the ABS shell with reduced intensity; the result is higher safety against falling objects.5 - Front Board

6 - Headlamp strap holders (on all 4 sides of the shell)
Four dedicated fixtures on the shell lock the headlamp strap to prevent slipping or shifting during work. Having all four holders means virtually any headlamp model can be mounted securely on this helmet.7 - Standard 4-point chinstrap
The standard chinstrap on this model has 4 attachment points: two points at the back of the helmet and two points on the left and right sides of the helmet, and the strap fastens under the chin. The Quick - Release lock with a Side-Release mechanism allows fast and reliable opening and closing even while wearing gloves. Since rescue and height-work helmets are required by default to have a 4-point chinstrap, a 4-point chinstrap is supplied with the helmets. This helmet model also allows installation of a 2-point chinstrap, similar to industrial helmets, meaning that if needed, instead of a height-work chinstrap that connects to the helmet at 4 points, you can also obtain and use an industrial chinstrap with 2 attachment points.7+ – Integrated emergency whistle
An emergency whistle is integrated into the chinstrap lock body; in an incident, a single blow immediately alerts nearby personnel and rescue teams a critical feature that can be life-saving.8 - Ratchet System
The suspension has a ratchet system, This part is produced with the material of industrial gears which is used in fax machines and the lifetime is much longer than similar models9 - Hook Clamp
A belt hook clamp is supplied with each helmet. It attaches to the two rear connectors and allows the helmet to be hung from the wearer’s waist.10 - Replaceable Ratchet
This ratchet is replaceable, and the spare ratchet is available, although this kind of ratchet can not be easily damage, but in case of being damaged, there is no need to replace the entire suspension11 - Special Accessories Connectors
