1 - Without Ventilation Holes

For special uses, the shell is without ventilation holes. Everything else is same as X90.

2 - Shell Material

The shell is made from ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) The appearance is similar to polyethylene, but with greater thermal & mechanical properties and less flexibility for this reason, this material is so good for hot areas, because the ABS is much stronger for punching The helmet has protection coating against solvents, acids, scratch & UV rays and also prevent polymer degradation in the face of adverse conditions of the environment.

3 - Accessory Slots

This helmet is able to connect accessories such as earmuffs, face shields and etc. through these slots.

4 - Crown of Shell

The crown of shell is 3mm thicker than other parts of the shell and will protect you against falling objects from the top.

5 - Front Board

It is a good place to print your logo or your company name, we will print your logo and before the packing in the factory (For more information about logo printing, click here) , Front Board also is a good place to install headlamps.

6 - Chin Strap Holder

Place for attaching chin strap This helmet with ratchet suspension does not need chin strap and if it is adjusted correctly on the head, it won’t fall down.

7 - Gutter Brim

The rim surrounding the shell conducts liquid or rain to the sides of the shell.

8 - Headlamp Slot

Slot connection for the headlamps and mineral lights.

9 - Ratchet System

The suspension has a ratchet system, this part is produced with the material of industrial gears which is used in fax machines and the lifetime is much longer than similar models.

10 - Hook Clamp

There is a hook clamp included with each helmet that will attach to the triple helmet connectors in the back.

11 - Replaceable Ratchet

This ratchet is replaceable, and the spare ratchet is available, although this kind of ratchet can not be easily damage, but in case of being damaged, there is no need to replace the entire suspension.

12 - Special Accessories Connectors

These connectors are a new feature that have been designed and patented by Persian Safety™ With these connectors you can connect more functional components such as the sun shade, hook clamp and etc. to the helmet.

13 - Ventilation Holes Sweatband

This sweatband has many holes for better air conditioning also for hygiene purposes, sweatband is washable & replaceable and the spare parts is available in any quantity.

14 - Shock Divider System with foam pad

With this part, force is evenly spread out to all the bands.This part has a comfort pad for ease of use, providing better conditions for people with less hair.

15 - Shock Absorber System

With this spring-function part, force will be reduced before transfer to the bands.

16 - Identification Sticker

There is an identification sticker in the helmet, which you can write your name and position and expiry date in.

17 - Suspension Deep Setting

The suspension has a deep adjusting system.

18 - Specifications and Date

Specifications, standard and the produce date are moulded under the peak of the helmet.
