1 - Ventilation Holes

The shell has 6 holes for better ventilation and makes better ergonomy for you, The Dwarf ECO (Pin Lock)-E has no ventilation holes and can use for electrical or splash zone proposes.

2 - Shell Material

The shell is made from ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) The appearance is similar to polyethylene, but with greater thermal & mechanical properties and less flexibility for this reason, this material is so good for hot areas, because the ABS is much stronger for punching. Although the Dwarf ECO (Pin Lock) is made by anti UV ABS material but it is without anti UV coating, so if you want to use it under the sunlight, we advise you to use Dwarf7 or X90 safety helmets beacuse of their UV protection coating.

3 - Accessory Slots

This helmet is able to connect accessories such as earmuffs, face shields and etc. through these slots.

4 - Crown of Shell

The crown of shell is 3mm thicker than other parts of the shell and will protect you against falling objects from the top.

5 - Front Board

It is a good place to print your logo or your company name, we will print your logo and before the packing in the factory (For more information about logo printing, click here) , Front Board also is a good place to install headlamps.

6 - Chin Strap Holder

Place for attaching chin strap.

7 - Gutter Brim

The rim surrounding the shell conducts liquid or rain to the sides of the shell.

8 - Pin Lock System

The suspension has a Pin Lock system.

9 - Special Accessories Connectors

These connectors are a new feature that have been designed and patented by Persian Safety™ With these connectors you can connect more functional components such as the sun shade, hook clamp and etc. to the helmet, this model has no hook clamp.

10 - Normal Sweatband Without Ventilation Holes

For hygiene purposes, sweatband is washable & replaceable and the spare parts is available in any quantity.

11 - Shock Absorber System

With this spring-function part, force will be reduced before transfer to the bands.

12 - Suspension Deep Setting

The suspension has a deep adjusting system.

13 - Specifications and Date

Specifications, standard and the produce date are moulded under the peak of the helmet.
